〰 I reserve the right to decline any commission I am uncomfortable working on.〰 As the artist i still maintain all and absolute rights to my works; this includes publishing the work on my socials, adding it as a part of my portfolio, including the work in artbooks and editorial projects.〰 Credits to me (© SETOMIE; the artist) or a link tracing back to one of my socials must be explicitly given anytime the art is showcased.〰 Commissions CANNOT be used commercially unless I have given the permission to do so.〰 You CANNOT claim my work as your own, trace, recolour/redraw, or redistribute my work for profit.〰 Please warn me if your references contains NSFW material.〰 USING MY ARTWORK FOR TRAINING AI OR NFTS IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN!

PRICING & DISCOUNTS
〰 Reference images must be provided. If reference images are not included, 30% additional fee will be charged!〰 Prices will increase depending on the complexity of the commission/character design.〰 Discounts are limited to 30% on (only) additional characters. Characters are limited to 7 total.
BUYER'S RIGHTS & USE
〰 Commissions CANNOT be used commercially unless previously discussed. This comes at an additional fee, at a minimum of +100%.〰 Clients can post/share their commissions whenever they want, but credits must be included.〰 My work CANNOT be claimed as your own, or traced, recoloured/redrawn, or redistributed for profit.〰 You may NOT use or repost someone else’s commission piece without mine and the buyer’s permission. If you receive permission, you must use/post with credit.
TURN-AROUND TIME
〰 TAT is highly dependent on commission complexity.〰 Estimated TAT is 1-2 weeks. Sketches can take up to 2-3 days.〰 Complicated commissions will take 2-3 months to complete.〰 Clients will be alerted if a commission's estimated completion date will need to be pushed forward.〰 Clients are welcomed to check in at any time for wips/updates, especially if I haven't responded in a few days. Please do not ask for updates every few hours!
